The space When you enter, you'll find the first bedroom (King bed) off the entry hall along with a full bathroom. Past that you'll enter the great room with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and a well appointed kitchen with . The dining table seats 8, plus you'll find 3 bar stools at the kitchen island and an additional 3 at another table off the sofa. The Master (king bed) is on the main level with it's en suite bathroom and soaking tub. The Florida room is a great sitting space with a TV and fireplace. NFL Sunday Ticket Max available on TV's in living room, master, movie theater and the bedroom at the top of the stairs. Head upstairs to see there's another bedroom featuring a king size bed and en suite bath. Down the hall is the movie room, a rec room which offers 2 sets of full over full bunks and plenty of fun with toys, a double shot basketball game, and a retro PacMan multi player arcade game. Finally, the 4th bedroom, with a king bed, also has an en suite bath and dedicated work station. Outdoors, take a stroll and follow the walking trail around the grounds. Or go find the tree swing - kids love it! Guest access There is plenty of parking in the garage and driveway. Other things to note *The pool can be heated for an additional cost. No pets allowed. No parties or events. Please be respectful of our neighbors and the quiet nights. We ask that you refrain from any outdoor music and loud conversations by 8 pm as the noise does travel.
