The Ranch at Carlisle The space The Ranch at Carlisle is a unique 129-acre farm and active motorsports/event property with open fields, pine trees, wide country views, and a large 12-acre pond stocked with bass and sunfish. This is not a traditional quiet neighborhood rental — it is a working farm and event venue. Depending on the date of your stay, there may be motocross, race track activity, farm equipment, event setup, vehicles, music, or general venue noise on the property. Bring your UTVs, ATVs, or dirt bikes and enjoy the fun and excitement of staying at an active farm and motorsports property. The Ranch at Carlisle is built for guests who enjoy outdoor recreation, open land, race-day energy, and a true event venue atmosphere. The property was recently purchased by our family, and we are continuing to clean up, improve, and groom the land for future expanded use. Guests should expect a real rural property with ongoing improvements, not a polished resort setting. The home itself is spacious and very unique for the area. Built around 2002, it was originally designed with possible commercial use in mind. This listing is for the top level of the home, which offers easy access with no stairs required to enter. The home has central air conditioning, in-floor radiant heat, 9-foot ceilings, and a dramatic 20-foot cathedral ceiling in the main kitchen and living room area. Large Andersen casement windows throughout the home bring in natural light and offer beautiful views of the surrounding property. Inside, guests will find a large open layout, plenty of space to gather, high-speed internet, a Roku TV, a full kitchen, generous parking, and access to a secure private garage. This stay is best suited for guests who enjoy farms, open land, motorsports, outdoor activity, and event-style properties. This includes the main living space, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking area, and private garage access when available. Guests may also enjoy the outdoor areas outlined in red in the listing photos, including the 12-acre pond stocked with bass and sunfish. Please note that The Ranch at Carlisle is an active farm and motorsports/event property, so some areas may be restricted during events, track activity, maintenance, or farm operations for safety reasons. Guests are welcome to bring UTVs, ATVs, or dirt bikes, but riding areas and access may vary depending on property conditions, scheduled events, and safety requirements.
