This spacious 3 bedroom x 2 bathroom house with 2 living rooms is fully equipped with luxury bedding, comfortable sofas and a dream kitchen. A wood fire will keep you cozy in winter whilst you’re relaxing watching the stunning views. The house sleeps 8 (max 6 adults) and is suitable for a large family or several couples with a second sitting room. No pets allowed. The space The house includes everything you need to cook up a storm, cosy up in front of the fire in winter or relax outside and enjoy the views in the warmer months. Lots of space to take long walks around the property or in the state forest at the back, enjoy gorgeous views everywhere you look, fruit trees, watch the kangaroos, meet the cows or chat to our alpacas. Max 6 adults. Bedding configuration is a king room with ensuite, queen room and a large room with a double bed with a single bunk at the top. A trundle bed is available. Guest access The house is located next to a small cottage which is also available for short stay accommodation and is pet friendly as it has a secure fenced yard. Other things to note There are large unfenced dams, electric fences, alpacas and cattle in the outer paddocks so please take care.
