From December 20th to January 31st, you can have up to 20 people stay at our spacious accommodation for a flat rate of $1000 per night (plus any applicable Airbnb charges). Don't worry about cleaning up afterwards as our one-off cleaning fee of $245 covers it all. Rubbish day is Monday and bins are picked up around 7am by our trusted neighbour and placed out on the street for pickup. This means our guests don’t need to attend to the rubbish.
