The space LIVING • A lengthy dining table accommodating up to 14 people comfortably. • Sink into our comfy couches while staying connected via WiFi and a 75-inch UHD Smart TV. • Ceiling speakers indoors and on the deck (although please respect the neighbours by not playing music too loud). • Reverse cycle air-conditioning upstairs and ceiling fans for optimal comfort. • Fully stocked shelves with a collection of family games, cookbooks & novels for your stay. KITCHEN • A stunning, well-equipped kitchen with a spacious stone bench and breakfast stools. • Cook showstopper meals with a high-end 90cm SMEG oven and gas cooktop, complemented by quality cookware, crockery, and glassware. • Essential appliances include a French door fridge with a sizable freezer (with ice-making feature), a Nespresso coffee machine, a coffee grinder, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, food processor, and more. • Dual sink featuring a filtered reverse osmosis water tap. • Additionally, 3 highchairs are available for young guests. BEDROOMS • 4 luxurious queen beds and 6 bunk beds with ultra-comfortable mattresses. • Select bedrooms feature ample storage space (including a walk-in robe in the upstairs bedroom) and one bedroom downstairs boasts a flat-screen TV. • Each room is equipped with ceiling fans, reading lights, and block-out window blinds for a restful stay. • Enjoy cosy electric blankets on queen beds during winter, complemented by goose-down duvets and premium pillows. OUTDOOR SPACES • Revel in the beauty of two upstairs decks, each offering breathtaking views— one overlooking the river and the other capturing the winter sun with treetop views, complete with a Weber Spirit BBQ. • The upper decks feature large teak tables and festoon lights, perfect for evening gatherings. • A spacious downstairs deck shaded by large grapevines, equipped with sun lounges and hammocks for leisurely relaxing. • Our gardens feature fruit trees, herbs, and native plants attracting abundant local birdlife. • An outside shower with hot water and a winter-ready fire pit, offering a cosy atmosphere with provided firewood. • Solar panels on the roof provide renewable energy during the day, powering the electric vehicle charging port at the front of the house. Guest access Enjoy full access to the entire house, except for specific locked areas for private storage. Other things to note • We provide tea towels, bathmats, and hand towels. However, guests are kindly asked to bring their own sheets, pillowcases (two per person), and towels (beach and bath). Inquire about bed linen and towel rental options. • Personal toiletries are not provided, so guests are encouraged to bring their essentials. • Basic pantry items are available, but we recommend bringing all your supplies, considering limited shopping options in Guilderton. • A detailed list of recommended items to bring will be sent a week before your stay.
