Two apartments in the same building. A two bedroom apartment on the first floor and a studio on the roof top terrace. Please read the apartment descriptions carefully, as the amenities in the two apartments differ. The space Our EP9 Building, a charming 1930s residence, comprises 4 separate and unique apartments, located on 4 different levels. This combination, called EP9 UT, includes 2 apartments located on 2 different levels, all with access to a lovely rooftop. EP9U is a two bedroom / two full bathroom apartment located on the first floor (one flight of stairs up). It has a king size bed and a queen size bed. One of the bathrooms is en suite. One more person may sleep in the living room comfortable sofa. EP9T is a studio apartment located on the rooftop (3 flights of stairs up) and has a queen size double bed. Apartment EP9U (first floor) additionally offers: - washing machine - TV - dishwasher - microwave - private balcony A small washing machine is also available on the roof top terrace. The roof top terrace is shared with two more apartments in the building. Guest access Two independent apartments. Other things to note Early check in or late check out We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check in For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.) Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.
