The space This 2-apartment combination, EP9 UT, includes two unique apartments with access to lovely rooftop terraces. They are located in a charming 1930s residence, which spreads over four levels, all accessible by stairs. The building has four apartments in total and the rooftop terraces are shared by all residents. These apartment also offer 24/7 hot water and guest-controlled heating — a rare convenience in Athens. Fully equipped with all necessary amenities (linen, crockery, A/C, Wi-Fi etc.), though some amenities differ per apartment. 1. EP9U is a two bedroom / two full bathroom apartment located on the first floor (one flight of stairs up). It has a king size bed and a queen size bed (all beds become singles). One of the bathrooms is en suite. One more person may sleep in the living room sofa bed. 2. EP9T is a studio apartment located on the rooftop (3 flights of stairs up) and has a queen size double bed.
