A magnificent open plan living space that spans the front of the building. The high vaulted ceilings and panoramic windows look out to mountain views. The mood is both relaxing and inspiring. Fully equipped for self-catering up to 16 guests. The 6 bedrooms have comfortable beds for up to 16 people. Two master bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. Two family rooms have en-suite bathrooms and sleep 4 people -2 in the main room and 2 in a separate (partitioned) area under the eves (most suitable for children). Two upstairs rooms with single beds have their own shower room downstairs (note the upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings). Additionally, we provide a cot and high chair for infants. One terrace is ideal for the sun at breakfast and the other in the evening. There are 4 parking spaces -2 dedicated undercover parking spaces and 2 dedicated outside parking spaces. These are the best located spaces within the block i.e. closest to internal doors. The heated swimming pool is approx 20m long. It is on the first floor of the building and easily accessed by the internal lift. It is shared within the Domaine Des Reines community. There is a sauna/steam room to relax and rejuvenate. Sun loungers are available and in summertime large glass doors open out onto a spacious sun terrace overlooking the mountains. Dressing gowns are provided in the apartments for use by the pool. We provide two private lockable ski lockers (D15 and 16) and one large, private lockable boot (and bike) room. The boot room has benches to sit on and heated boot warmers, plus racks for helmets etc. It is large enough to store bikes in the summer. This is also where you will find snow shoes, sledges and bumboards for guests to use in winter. The sledging slope is directly in front of the apartment -it could not be more convenient! Nendaz is a Family Destination and ideal for children. Le Petit Bec creche has just opened below the apartment block and takes visitors children from 18 months to 6 years. This will be ideal from winter season 2017/8 when a new nursery slope (with moving carpet) opens to the side of the sledding slope below the apartment block. Additionally, there are fabulous beginner and child facilities at our local Tracouet station. Our week Saturday to Saturday for the ski season - we have greater flexibilty at other times of the year. In ski season the rental is weekly, with occasional exceptions for off peak or last minute bookings. In summer we can offer more flexibility if you ask, including reduced rates for small groups who only want half the bedrooms but can still enjoy the extra large living space and sun terraces. Self-catering in the fully equipped kitchen is easy to manage as there are two good supermarkets (Co-op and Migros) within 5 minutes walk. There are also a wide range of good restaurants.
