The space The original stone wall gives this studio a unique character — rustic charm meets modern comfort. Air-conditioned all year round, with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, a TV and ample storage space. It forms part of a typical Porto ‘Ilha’, restored for tourism whilst retaining its original residents — a rare way to experience the city from the inside. Shared garden with decking, vegetable patch, small pond, seasonal hot tub and barbecue. Guest access Guests have full and private access to their studio. Besides your private space, you will have access to a wonderful shared urban oasis, which includes: • A lush garden with wooden decks and several leisure areas. • Urban vegetable garden and a small pond. • Outdoor jacuzzi: €15 per one hour session, up to 3 guests from the same house. Book at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Open from 1 May to 30 September. After that date, opening depends on the weather: please check the Ruby Charm Houses app to see if it is open. • Barbecue for outdoor meals. • Shared laundry: Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 19:30 (closed on Sundays). Wash and dry €4, wash only €3, dry only €1.50. Keys at reception, maximum load 9 kg. • Games and leisure areas. Other things to note Check-in: from 15:00 to 00:00. Between 00:00 and 02:00 we wait at no extra cost in case of flight delays, as long as your arrival time has been arranged with us. Late check-in, after 02:00: €40, on prior request through Airbnb messages. Check-out: from 08:00 to 11:00. Flexible times, subject to availability: early check-in from 11:30 to 15:00, €40; late check-out from 11:30 to 14:30, €40. Arrival time: please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance. Documents: photo ID and a credit card at check-in. Security deposit: €200 on arrival, by credit card, fully refundable at check-out after the house has been checked.
