The house is a modern two-story holiday home with views of the ocean and an easy 500m walk to the dog-friendly beach. You have full access to the whole house Max of 8 guests (min 2-night stay). Charges apply for cleaning and Pets are welcome. A lower price is available if less than 4 people are staying for the entire booking The space There are two bedrooms upstairs and bathroom with bath and separate toilet; large open plan living area, alfresco BBQ area and sunset viewing deck. Downstairs has two single beds, plus a pull out trundle bed, toilet, shower and laundry. Upstairs has a double bed with ocean views in one room. The other bedroom upstairs is a larger room with a queen bed, single bed and TV overlooking the alfresco BBQ area. Covered doonas, blankets and covered pillows are supplied. Sheets and towels can be supplied at an additional cost of $10 per person. Pet-friendly - Fully fenced backyard and a short 500m walk to the dog beach opposite the house. Well-equipped kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils, Nespresso pod coffee machine, and drip filter coffee machine. Alfresco area has BBQ and outdoor setting for eight and beer fridge. A Porta cot & highchair is available for use. Split aircon systems in the bedrooms upstairs plus Ceiling and pedestal fans. Electric blankets and portable electric heaters for winter. Guest access Guests will have full access to the whole house. With the reduced rate bedrooms not required for your booking may be locked to provide the best price. Otherwise, you will have access to the whole house. Other things to note Dog exercise beach opposite the house Phone reception is better with a new Optus tower in town. There is wifi at the house and tv reception is good. Guilderton is a quiet coastal town with a roadhouse that provides basic groceries, post office/ATM, takeaway food, fuel & alcohol. General store and cafe at the foreshore open everyday. The country club also provides a pub-style meal Wednesday through to Sunday and you don’t have to be a member.
