Offering our comfortable Point Lonsdale beach house in walking distance to front beach, back beach, tennis courts, golf course and local shops and cafes. Newly refurbished and fully equipped with everything you will need including spacious and light filled north facing rear garden with BBQ and outdoor dining. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and separate living / play areas. The space You will enjoy full use of our house which consists of... Bedrooms: 3 Bedrooms including: Master bedroom - king bed plus ensuite bathroom 2nd bedroom - double bed 3rd bedroom - two bunks so sleep 4 Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, huge sink, gas oven and stove and spacious work areas. Laundry: Fully equipped laundry with access to washing machine and dryer (we have left some laundry powder for you) Living: Bright and sunny living / dining which opens directly to our north facing entertaining and garden area Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, one an ensuite to the master bedroom, the other with a full bath and a separate toilet. Outdoors: North facing garden with large entertaining area and table and chairs fro 8+. Full gas BBQ - plumbed in so you won't run out of gas. Large grass area for kids to play Guest access Guest have exclusive use of all of our beach house. Property features: Split system heating and cooling in family room, TV, DVD, BBQ, patio area for entertaining, kitchen and cooking facilities, laundry, living room, fridge & freezer, stove & oven, washing machine, undercover parking for 2 cars. Other things to note Guests will need to supply their own beach gear, including beach towels. Cancellations Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable but remaining nights are refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
