Our gorgeous holiday home is centrally located & directly across from a general convenience store/bottle shop. 150m stroll to Lake Conjola Bowling Club, and short walk to Conjola Beach/Green Island. Pull your boat up to the adjoining little beach, dive into the lake, recharge your body in the Infrared Sauna, or simply relax on the front lawn and read a book. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, or fire up the BBQ in the alfresco patio, all while watching the sunset over the mountains. The space Why guests love staying at Conjola House..... Location When arriving at Conjola House, you’re greeted with the tranquil offerings of the lush tropical garden. Centrally located in the heart of Lake Conjola, the property is opposite the General Store & Liquor, making it convenient to grab those last minute supplies and sunset beverages. Its corner position means there is unobstructed access to cool blue waters of the lake across the road. This section of the lake features a little sand beach, fishing wharf and jetty, for activities such as swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding and fishing. Also within walking distance you'll find the Bowling & Recreaction Club, the local Cafe, Post Office General Store, and the Lake Conjola Beach access point. If you're looking to venture a little further, the historic town of Milton is a 12 min drive, Mollymook Beach is 18 min drive, and Ulladulla a 20 min drive. The Space The spacious modern property offers the perfect mix of entertaining, comfort and relaxation. With multiple entertaining areas to choose from, including a large sunny north facing balcony, you can socialise as a group, or sneak away to a quiet corner and read a book. When it comes to watching your favorite TV show or footy game, you have the choice of watching TV in the lounge room (with FireTV capabilities), or in the outdoor alfresco patio whilst cooking on the BBQ. The well equipped kitchen has all of the essentials needed for the chefs amoungst the group, and for the coffee lovers, there is an espresso machine, pod machine and a coffee plunge, to cater to everyones caffine needs. Welcome Guide In the house you will find a Welcome Guide, which outlines the features of the house and surroundings, making your stay stress free. The welcome guide also features a curated 'Food Trail" list, of the regions best places to dine and drink. There is also a collection of Tourist Guides, taking the guess work out of how to make your stay a memorable one. Versitility in every season The property features an outdoor shower, making it easy to rinse off after a day on the water, an Infared Sauna for you to relax in, a vintage Arcade Machine, perfect for a rainy day, Air Conditioning and ceiling fans, and both an outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace, to keep you warm throughout winter.
