Beautiful French Country Home in the Loire Valley

Located within nearly 1 hectare of gardens is the 19th century stone building, La Pairiere, a beautifully renovated 6 bedroom home mixing todays modern amenities with old world charm. Spend long summer evenings enjoying a glass of wine in the courtyard, take bike rides along the Mayenne stopping for wonderful crepes in Grez Neuville or simply take time to relax in the tranquil surrounds of the property taking in some of the most beautiful scenery the French countryside has to offer. The space La Pairiere boasts 6 bedrooms (3 doubles, 3 twins + 2 folding beds for groups of 13-14), 3 bathrooms, family size kitchen and formal living and dining spaces spread out over more than 300 square meters, la Pairiere is the ideal location for a large family or groups of families and friends to spend a memorable holiday. Tastefully decorated using products, hand-picked by the owner/designer, la Pairiere will take you on a journey not to be forgotten. Huge exposed oak beams adorn the ceilings, with the upper rooms boasting a huge 5m central pitch. Original cobbled entrance, open fireplace for the winter months and alfresco dining and above ground pool at your doorstep during the summer are only a taste of what awaits you. Other things to note Deposit and options: A security bond of 1000 € (via Air BnB) for the rental and a deposit of 150 € for cleaning / selective recycling sorting and disposal will be requested at the entrance of the premises, checks not cashed without reason. The cleaning is included in the rental price, but the house must be left in fair condition. Central heating for the house in supplement (35 euros per day) Sheets and tea towels are included, you need to bring bath and pool towels. Please note the pool is functional from May to September (weather permitting). We have installed a heat pump for the pool which is 20 euros per day should you wish to have it on. For weekends the departure can be postponed to 4 p.m. except in the event that we have another reservation arriving the same day. La Pairiere does have an onsite guardian who lives in a small cottage with his family. The cottage is next to, but oriented away from the main house, and the guardian and his family are very discreet.
