The space The apartment is located in the "Miradouro" building, a landmark in the history of architecture from the 60s, by the first architect of Oporto, Maria José Marques da Silva, daughter of an extraordinary architect called Marques da Silva, who left many works of reference, in this wonderful city. Porto is also a city considered the "cradle of architects", in whose schools were formed several architects such as Siza Vieira and Sotto Moura, both awarded with the Pritzger architecture prize. From the 50 m² living / dining room, filled with sunlight that enters through the fantastic windows over the city, we can see the sea, and a beautiful sunset, plunging into the ocean, in the horizon line. A sublime moment of contemplation that must be enjoyed with a glass of Port wine. An unforgettable experience! The decor is a fusion between the vintage decor of the 60s and the comfort of the beds and mattresses and some more facilities such as a Tv flat screen, wifi and all appliances of the fully equipped kitchen. The dining table is extendable and seats for 10/12 people, comfortably installed. The 5 rooms with 2 beds can accommodate 10 people, however, there is the possibility of placing 2 extra beds in 2 of the double rooms, so that we can extend the capacity for up to 12 people. The kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, stove with microwave and all necessary appliances such as coffee maker and kettle, ironing board and iron, among others. We have 2 free parking places for the covenience of our guests. If you want to experience a typical Portuguese homemade meal, we will cook for you. Guest access The building has a fantastic panoramic restaurant at its top roof, one of the most renowned classic restaurants in the city and next to the main entrance, there is a café with a huge games room, such as table tennis and snooze, with smoking and non-smoking areas . Other things to note In front of the building there is a Nightclub (one of the Highlights in the city) that for some time caused some punctual disturbance, by the noise produced in the street, due of its regulars.
