The space Stonelea is an easy drive from Melbourne and just minutes by car from the vibrant centres of Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. Nestled in two acres of gardens and parkland, our idyllic property looks out over the Loddon Valley and is sanctuary to free ranging wildlife. At the right time of year, guests can expect a close view of kangaroos and a large variety of birds like wood ducks, the scarce gang-gang cockatoos, kookaburras and ibis, to name just a few. Guest access Attached to the main house at Stonelea, our boutique holiday apartment is tasteful and luxurious. There is off-street parking close by and you come and go through your own entrance. And located as we are on the edge of the village, you will be ideally situated to explore the many attractions the area has to offer. Other things to note The apartment comprises a kitchenette with dining, a lounge room, a bedroom with king-size bed and an ensuite. Generous continental breakfast provisions are supplied for your first morning and you will find a gas log-fire and reverse-cycle air conditioner in the lounge room. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and the bed is fitted with dual electric blankets. The ensuite has a dual vanity, heated towel rails and a hardwired convection heater. Large, north facing windows in the bedroom and lounge room offer splendid views as well as ample natural light and fresh air. Both bedroom and lounge room open onto a private verandah with a bench seat, table & chairs and a panoramic view. A gas BBQ is also provided.
