Inside our home we have two lounge areas both with T.V’s, dvd & couches Lounge area near the master bedroom has 2 reclining arm chairs & couch Seperate deck off the lounge with small table & chairs perfect for a morning coffee Split level (2 steps down) to the family area which has the most comfy couch & will fit the entire family. This entire level is open plan with a modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances including fridge with water & ice dispenser, dish washer, large 900 oven with gas hotplate & electric oven, microwave. Large benches for preparing food & a seperate walk in pantry with storage & appliance bench. We supply oil, salt, pepper, margarine, vegemite, jam assorted teas, coffee & sugar, cling wrap & foil & assorted herbs & spices. Bar area with bar fridge & bench space for easy preparation of drinks, cocktails etc Split system ducted Heating/refrigerated split system ducted cooling throughout & also a gas fireplace in main living area for those cozy Winter nights. Heating/Cooling includes all bedrooms, we also have pedestal fans in the bedrooms if you don’t want air conditioning running at night. Sliding doors slide open revealing a large alfresco area with large gas bbq & utensils, outdoor sink, bench space & large family 10 seater table & chairs this leads onto a sun deck with sun lounges for relaxing in Summer & a cozy lounge area where you can sit around our wood fireplace great for those Winter nights.
