Namar Yurt in Ballandean

Namar Yurt is a unique 8 sided building nestled in the heart of wine country. Situated on 6.5 acres of rustic charm, with diverse wildlife on display and centrally located in Ballandean. We have 12 wineries within a couple of km’s that offer world class wines and Strange Bird varieties. Also, it is a short 5 min walk to the General Store & Bakery as well as the Ballandean Pub, a 10 min drive to Girraween National Park and 5 min drive to Storm King Dam. Namar has a queen bed and a double sofabed. The space Namar Yurt is a unique 8 sided yurt ideally located in the heart of Granite Belt wine country with views over the local vineyards. Explore many of the local breweries, food providers and wineries all within driving distance of our location. Wine tours will also pick you up and drop you off at our location. Girraween National Park is a short 10 min drive South and Storm King Dam is a short drive down Eukey Rd. There are shared BBQ and outdoor seating for your enjoyment. You may even see a few Kangaroos early in the morning or late afternoon! Guest access You have the full use of Namar Yurt. This includes beautiful gardens and the ability to explore the bush land behind the farmhouse. You will get some great photo's up here. Other things to note Stanthorpe is a short 10min drive away and has many cafes & restaurants as well as all the amenities you might need.
