The GARDEN HOUSE has been a family home for many years and you can feel the happiness as soon as you walk in. With multiple places to sit and unwind, both inside and out, and a garden that is reminiscent of that elusive Italian holiday....you may not feel like leaving! If you do feel the need to head into town, the trip is a flat easy one, we are less than 1km to the main street of Rylstone. Escape the city and come stay with your partner, friends or family and...as they say reset your senses The space The GARDEN HOUSE is on the edge of Rylstone town and away from the main road and any traffic noise. And whilst it really feels like you are in the country, you are just a short drive or walk to the main street of Rylstone. It has a really large sunroom that has been set up as a home office for anyone wanting to come away and do a little work at the same time....though you may find the view outside a little distracting. There are so many places to just sit and unwind, with 3 separate lounge areas inside, as well as multiple spots in the garden that you're spoilt for choice! Eat inside at the country style table or at the beautiful wrought iron table outside in the courtyard. The country kitchen is fully equiped and newly renovated as is our beautiful laundry. The house has a cosy and welcoming feel and has been decorated in a classic country style complete with linen lounges and some local art and various local shop finds. For your absolute toasty comfort, it has ducted aircon as well as a wood fire. The garden truly is an unexpected delight. It is large and established and was many years in the making. There are hedges, pathways, and incredible paved areas and lots of places to just sit and take it all in. The garden is forever changing due to the seasons and it is the kind of garden that you really wish you could have been lost in as a child! If you do feel the need to leave and head into town, the walk there is flat and refreshing and less than a kilometre.....of course you could always drive or ride!
