Surfside Vista - 3 Bedroom home with stunning view

The beach house is a 3 bedroom rambler vacation rental home offering a 180 degree panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and a 5 minute walk to the beach. A wonderful getaway for couples and families alike. Our house features a fully functioning kitchen, fireplace with wood, washer/dryer and a large deck to soak up the sun or host dinners in the summer. Guests can enjoy grilling or use of the fire pit to roast oysters or smores. Reservations are a minimum of 30 day rental per the HOA. The space This house is our vacation home that we are happy to share with you. The kitchen is stocked with place settings for 10+, wine glasses, serving platters and all the cookware and pots and pans you would need. In addition, there is a full pantry, and in case you forgot something you can feel free to use a few items. An additional refrigerator is located in the adjoining shed for drinks, etc. We have dog towels located in the shed to use after those walks on the beach with your furry friends. Outdoor dining table and deck chairs available on the adjoining deck with an unobstructed view of the ocean; wonderful for those afternoon cocktails and seafood fests. Please note that we do have internet services and WIFi but we do not have actual live TV. We have Netflix and Prime, offering an abundance of movies, etc. Guest access Combination access code on door - provided upon reservation. Other things to note If you are allergic to dogs, this home is not recommended for you. In addition, we do not allow smoking in the home, but it was a smoking home 10 years ago, so if allergies are an issue, this house would not be recommended. In addition, if the sofa bed is used or there are more than 6 guests, additional charges will be applied due to the necessity of extra housekeeping required ($25 per night for each person over 6 adults, or $35 additional charge if sofa bed used).
