Great for playing games, BBQ and evening drinks on the sun-drenched deck or in front of the outdoor fireplace. Toys, board games, bikes and sports equipment are provided. Prior approval for pets is required ($20 per stay) The space Besides providing beds for 6 guests and two full bathrooms, we have 2 foldout beds and a cot if required. The configuration of beds can be altered downstairs from super king to 2 singles on request. In inclement weather, there are plenty of options to keep everyone entertained inside - dvd's suitable for all ages, wifi, board games, books and toys. The A-frame is just a five minute stroll from the gorgeous cafes, restaurants and designer clothes shops in the town and just around the corner from the supermarket. A ten minute walk will take you to the rail trail, which is a lovely walk/biking track for families. In the opposite direction, a few minutes’ drive or 15 minute walk to the swimming pool and family play park and a five minute drive from the river. Sleeps 6 on luxurious beds with high quality linen– 1 queen bed , 2 king singles and 1 super king bed or 2 single beds if superking is dismantled. 2 small fold away beds available as well as high chair and cot. Smoking allowed outside only. Cleaning is included in the tariff, but please leave it tidy. Guest access Whole house is yours to enjoy as we live off site. Plenty of off- street parking. An extension cord can be available if electric cars need charging. Other things to note Equipped for all weather and conditions. It has a beautiful new outdoor area with furniture and fireplace.
