Campuses, shops, restaurants, farmer's market, gimme coffee, etc. within 10-20 min walk or car. The space Morning sun in this private, upstairs room overlooking the neighborhood yards. Double bed, desk, drawers, closet, ceiling fan with three speeds; no air conditioner. Adjacent bathroom with tub/shower full bath shared (private for additional fee upon negotiation). Guest access Guest share the front door entrance, upstairs to private room. Adjacent bathroom with tub/shower full bath is shared (private for additional fee). Use of kitchen and back deck by arrangement. During your stay I make myself available in person or in texts as needed. Bilingual (Spanish semi-fluent) host.
