This comfortable 4 bedroom single story villa leads invitingly onto a large sun terrace and beautiful gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun and a tempting 8x4m infinity edged pool with integral Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the swimming pool, with swim up bar stools, is the sala. This contains a second dining table seating 8 and BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco dining. With great attention to detail, the villa is tastefully furnished in dark teak, with a large leather sofa for all guests to relax on, complimented by cream and red soft furnishings. Accommodation is comprised of 4 bedrooms, readily accommodating 9 people. The spacious master bedroom suite has a king-sized 4-poster bed, built-in wardrobes, and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and luxurious bath. Sliding double doors take you directly from the bedroom to the sun deck and the completely private swimming pool. Bedroom 2, with king-size bed, and bedroom 3, with two 3.5' single beds, also have direct sun deck and pool access, with green jungle views beyond. These two bedrooms share a detached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Located in bedroom 3 is also a TV and DVD player, making it an ideal bedroom for children who wish to take a break from the heat and enjoy a film, while you relax on the sundeck just outside. Bedroom 4 with queen bed and single bunk bed above, sleeping a total of 3 guests, along with en-suite bathroom with shower. The fully fitted luxury western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet your every need, complete with electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, side by side fridge/freezer, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator, blender and rice cooker. The large living room includes a huge leather sofa with ample seating on a and a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player and cable TV. The bi-fold glass doors opening full width, make the room one with the outside, allowing tranquil views of the private pool, open space and green trees. The dining are, behind the sofa, is complete with a 10 seater dining room table, where you can enjoy local Thai food than can be prepared in your villa as you entertain at home. Baby highchairs (along with baby travel cots) can also be provided, if required. Bathroom towels and high quality white bed linen are provided and changed regularly, and a generous supply of pool/beach towels is also provided and laundered regularly. Accessed through a double front door, off a quiet road in a private estate, is the single storey house. All rooms are connected through the living room, which opens straight onto the sun terrace where the pool is located. Outside there is a large sun terrace and beautiful gardens, complete with several sun beds to soak up the sun or a lush pool and integral Jacuzzi. The seclusion of the villa from any main roads exudes privacy and makes the property safer for children. The villa is very close to Nai Harn beach, recently voted the best beach in Thailand by Trip Adviser, as well as Rawai beach, which offers restaurants, bars, nightlife, and a selection of boats for day trips to outlaying Islands. There are a number of delicious up-scale and relaxed restaurants within walking distance or short drive of the villa. Our team can arrange motorbike or car rentals, along with day trips and activities. The villa's team and myself all live locally and provide 24-hour assistance if required. The villa is located within a 3-minute drive, or easy 15-20 minute walk, of Nai Harn beach (voted the BEST beach in Phuket for the last three years), located in the South of Phuket. Nai Harn beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It not only offers golden sands and azure water, but a selection of restaurants, bars and local shops. Nai Harn beach is a spectacular pristine beach and is a perfect place to unwind, whether it be having a massage or sipping a refreshing beverage in one of the many restaurants that overlook it. It is an ideal spot for surfing at the end of the dry season and offers a perfect secluded bay for mooring yachts. There is an extensive range of both Thai and international restaurants locally along with many beach and viewpoint bars. People flock from all over Phuket to enjoy sundowners at Promthep Cape, the southern most tip of the island, which you can reach in a 5-minute drive from the villa. Many sporting enthusiasts come from all over the world to train at the local Muay Thai camp. Lessons can be taken on a half-day basis. At nearby villages, Rawai and Chalong, (which are a 5- and 10-minute drive away) you will find long tail and speedboats available, so you can visit any of the beautiful islands a short distance from Phuket. Phuket Island has a wide range of activities to keep guests of all ages entertained. Suggested activities locally include quad biking, golf, fishing trips, spa days, boat hire and horse riding. Additionally, activities such as seeing the elephants in their natural habitat at Phuket's Elephant Sanctuary and further distant boat and adventure trips can be arranged by our Tour Manager. Phuket is a beautiful destination to explore marine life and has many world-class dive sites. Diving excursions can be arranged through reputable dive companies, mainly located in Chalong. At nearby beaches situated across the Island, it is also possible to hire kayaks, take sailing lessons or go kite-surfing and parasailing. Excellent nightlife is not far away in the lively spots of Karon, Kata and Patong, which can all be reached in between 15 to 30 minutes. There are two major shopping malls in Phuket: Central festival is located in the centre of the island and Jungceylon in Patong. Both are large international shopping and entertainment centres with cinemas, restaurants, international and local shops. We can arrange taxis, motorbikes, scooters, bicycles and minivans, so getting around is easy. If you wish to make the most of seeing all of Phuket, the most comfortable way is in a private minivan that comes complete with a driver. The price is inclusive of gasoline with unlimited mileage. The minivan can be used for 14 hours a day (from 9am until 11pm) and the cost is 3,000THB (approximately 90 USD) per day. We can arrange one for you with 24-hours notice. Crystal villa is located in a quiet, secluded valley, but is easily accessible, just over 1 km from Nai Harn Beach. The villa offers privacy and is not over looked by anyone. Far enough away from the main roads, there are no road noises, and it is safe and secure for children. The villa is designed and furnished as a western family home (in Phuket) to give you all your home comforts while experiencing Thailand. The villa has a daily maid and Thai meals can be prepared and served upon request, at a charge.
