The "Demeure du Palais" is a pretty 19th century building, ideally located in the quiet area of the courthouse and a stone's throw from the shops, restaurants, bars and attractions of the city. This 3-story residence consists of: > On the ground floor: the Chamber of Secrets > On the 1st floor: the terrace of the palace > Top floor: the roof of the palace The space Newly renovated and with a lot of character (marble, solid wood floors, beams, fireplaces) you will appreciate its brightness and beautiful volumes. >On the ground floor: the room of secrets (2 double beds) A large living room with double bed, sofa bed (hotel quality mattress and bed base) Separate and fully enclosed, an equipped kitchen and dining area. A bathroom with shower cabin, sink and towel dryer. > On the 1st floor: the Terrace of the Palace (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 sofa beds) In the entrance, a desk area A large equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. Living room with 2 sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed (mattress and bed base), armchair and TV A dining table for 8/10 guests to which you can add a side table for 6 people. A master suite with shower room, walk-in shower, sink, towel dryer, direct access to the terrace and a bedroom with double bed and TV. A very large bedroom with 2 single beds and 2-seater sofa bed (hotel-quality mattress and bed base) as well as a TV. A bathroom with toilet, shower cabin, sink and towel dryer. >On the 2nd floor: the Roof of the Palace (1 double bed, 3 single beds) A pool table and bar, living room with sofa and TV A fully-equipped kitchen with a nice view of the Saint-Germain Abbey. Bathroom, bathtub, sink and heated towel rail. Separate toilet. One bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed 90/190 and TV. One bedroom with 2 single beds and desk. (see Rules) The residence cannot accommodate more than 15 people in accordance with the hosting safety and insurance compliance rules) Guest access A laundry room on the ground floor of the house, with a washer-dryer machine is available on request. Access to the house is secure, the large entrance on the ground floor allows you to leave your bikes, strollers, etc. Regarding parking, many spaces all around the courthouse, and at the foot of the house, allow you to park without difficulty (free 2 hours/day and from 7pm to 8am – from 12pm to 2pm and on Sundays) otherwise the boulevards 300m away allow you to park your vehicle for free all day.
