Less than 5 min to the hospital, 20 min to Massanutten, 15 min to Downtown Harrisonburg, 10 min to JMU, 15 min to BC, and 20 min to EMU. The space We have been renovating this house for the past 8 years and are excited to share this space with people. This is a place to relax and stay. Check in is at 3 and check out is at 11. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and yard. Other things to note General House Rules 1. Parties and Events No parties or events. 2. Parking Please park your vehicle in the designated space in the driveway. 3. Safety There is a first aid kit in the main bathroom. There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink. 4. Smoking Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. If you want to smoke/vape, you may only smoke outside away from the house and garage. Dispose of all butts in the trash. 5. Pets No pets. 6. Accidents happen. That’s life. In the unfortunate event that something has gotten broken or damaged at the house, contact us immediately. If it is a significant incident, the cost incurred will be billed to the guests. 7. There is an outside security camera. 8. No air fresheners.
