The cottage is perched on the edge of the cliff, with a spacious balcony that capitalises on the uninterrupted views of the ocean and the escarpment. The balcony opens out from an opened planned living, kitchen and dining space. The beautifully appointed bedrooms have stunning views of the coast and escarpment. Kilnockie is only minutes walk from gorgeous Austinmer and Thirroul beaches and rock pools, as well as local cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Guest access A beautiful, protected outdoor area showcases alfresco kitchen and dining with barbeque, bar fridge and microwave. After an ocean swim there is nothing better than a heated outdoor shower to wash off the salty water and sand. Laundry facilities include a new Fischer and Paykel washing machine and dryer. To keep you cool in summer and warm in winter, the house is fully air conditioned and heated. Unrestricted parking is available on the street.
