It is double glazed throughout. There is a drive big enough to park 2 cars and a private back garden with bbq, pergola, seating, dining table and chairs. There is a shed large enough to hold 2 bikes. In the centrally heated house you will find everything you need for a lovely stay. The new kitchen has a washing machine, hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a bath, over bath shower and movable hose to make cleaning children easier, loo rolls, liquid soap and towels are provided. There is a baby bath and anti slip bath mat. The dining room seats 4 adults. There is a toddler seat and high chair. There is a sideboard with extra serving dishes. The sitting room has 2 couches , electric stove and coffee table, smart tv, wireless speaker, and wifi router. The double bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, cupboard space, full length mirror, chair and desk. There is a blackout blind. The double bed has 4 pillows, and duvet.The back bedroom has a built in wardrobe, cupboard, shelving and chair along with 2 single beds and bedding. There is a travel cot. All bed linen is provided except for the baby cot. There is also a stairgate. You are very welcome to bring your (well behaved) dog on holiday but please let me know at time of booking. Guest access The rental is for the whole house and garden at 1 Drayton cottage. Other things to note We have nice neighbours who live in their houses all year round - please treat them considerately and park on the cottage drive. We employ professional cleaners and provide extra cleaning products to help you keep the cottage as clean as you would like during your stay. All towels, dish towels and bedding are washed off the premises.
