Come enjoy our mile-high, Cool Temps! Beautiful days and pleasant mornings. Experience Historic Bisbee from our Cozy Cottage! We acquired this 1907 historic miner’s cottage and have lovingly updated it to provide an ideal weekend getaway vacation rental, a winter visitor escape in our mild year round climate, or weeklong stay for a business trip. We are conveniently located right on Tombstone Canyon with an easy 1 mile walk downtown. We have a street-side parking space, and no steps. The space This charming 1 bedroom is typical of turn of the century bungalows built by the miner's who settled here between 1900 and 1920 with wood floors, original beadboard ceilings, a gas stove fireplace, but with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and comfy queen size bed and sleeper sofa. We have a Queen sleeper sofa available, so let us know if you need it. Our quaint little cottage is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Kids are welcome but it is a small space. We have a mini split heating/cooling system with remote control, just in case you need it. Electric Vehicle charging available. We have a Juicebox 40amp with J1722 plug on a 20’ cord and a Tesla adapter is needed. No extra charge. Bisbee Cozy Cottage operates in accordance with Bisbee City Ordinances O-19-08 and O-22-15. It is set up as a dedicated vacation rental or business Cottage for remote work. There is a single parking space parallel to the house along the street and additional shared, on street parking available nearby. There is a small porch near the side entry front door just through the small Walk gate. No dedicated yard for your pets, but we have great walks in Bisbee. Other things to note There can be some traffic noise at times as the house is near the street, but since we are up the Canyon a bit, things are generally very peaceful and we have great neighbors! We have Fubo Streaming TV(cable equivalent, Hulu, Netflix. You can stream your own apps like Amazon, etc through our available free WiFi. Bring your passwords.
