The space The house is a modern two storey executive townhouse, tastefully furnished throughout. This inviting and well equipped house features a bright, open-plan kitchen / living / dining area with a deck outdoors - lovely place to escape from the hubbub of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped - assuming that you can resist the numerous local restaurants (within easy walking distance). On warm summer evenings you can relax on the deck or have a BBQ in the garden. The three bedrooms are upstairs:- * The main bedroom (queen bed) has a walk-through wardrobe and en-suite bathroom * The second bedroom has a queen bed. Single sofa bed can be added * There is a single bed in the third bedroom. Single sofa bed can be added * Landing has a study desk. Monitor can be provided (request when booking) The main bathroom shower over bath is on this floor. There is air conditioning (heat pump) downstairs and heaters/fans in each bedroom. Parking is available either on-street or in the garage which is accessible from the house. The garage also has clothes washing/drying/ironing facilities. The house has been kitted out with comfort in mind. We frequently get great comments on bed quality and kitchen equipment. We have had very positive feedback from both holidaymakers and business people and many of our bookings are from repeat guests. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourselves on a self catering basis. Price is based on number of guests so please enter the correct numbers and let us know beforehand if your numbers increase. Cost per night is base rate plus $25 per extra guest per night. Please let us know in advance if you require sofa beds or portacot and we will set these up for you. If you make a last minute booking and need any extra beds/travel cot, linen will be provided but you may have to make up bed yourself. Prices are based on a cleaning fee covering 4 hours. Any extra time will be charged (see house rules).
