Located on the second floor (no elevator), this quiet getaway is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to unwind. Enjoy stunning sunset views. Step into the backyard to relax in the hot tub (available when not in use by other guests), or simply sit back and take in the beautiful landscape. The space This cozy and spacious studio retreat offers a large bedroom, a beautiful bathroom, and a walk-in closet, creating an airy and comfortable space to unwind. Curl up together in the evening and enjoy the Smart TV with Netflix, or start your mornings with coffee from the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (no full kitchen). Thoughtful essentials are provided, including plates, glasses, silverware, paper towels, toiletries, coffee filters, and sugar. Fresh linens and one set of bath towels are included—please bring your favorite beach towels for seaside days. Step outside and explore shared outdoor amenities, including bikes, a tandem bike, a two-person kayak, and a stand-up paddleboard. Just a two-minute stroll to the Albemarle Sound, the nearby boardwalk invites peaceful sunset walks and quiet moments together. The ocean is only a ten-minute walk away. From the bathroom and closet windows, enjoy a distant glimpse of the ocean, while the bedroom faces the sound, wrapped in natural light and coastal calm, with trees adding privacy and charm. Please note: this studio is located on the second floor, accessed by outdoor stairs. Guests who prefer ground-floor access may explore other listings on my host profile. YMCA guest access is available with two barcodes—perfect for couples who enjoy staying active while away. To ensure an allergy-friendly environment, only service dogs are permitted. A $200 deep-cleaning fee applies to maintain a fresh, sanitized space for every guest whom brings pets. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared backyard amenities, including the grill, hot tub, and outdoor shower—all available for your use. The hot tub is located near the main house and is shared with other guests. Bicycles are available in the garage for guest use. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) are located at the front of the house on the south side and are available for enjoying the water. Other things to note Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out noon.
