LOCATION Catalina is located on Ocean View Drive, Wamberal on the scenic Central Coast, which is only 90 minutes north of Sydney CBD via the M1 Freeway. The property is located directly across the road from Wamberal beach which is popular amongst tourists and residents for its great surfing, fishing, and diving. Terrigal beach is a 10-minute walk where you will find trendy cafes, boutique shops and fine dining. Located just metres along Ocean View Drive you will find • Sal and Co Café ERINA FAIR – Located just 10 minutes away With Myer, Kmart, Target, Big W, Best & Less, Woolworths, Coles and Aldi and over 300 specialty stores. Hoyts Cinema, the Erina Ice Arena, a variety of restaurants and a playground for the children. NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR Please note our properties are designed specifically for larger groups, however they are not party houses. The guests agrees to: - Have no more than the agreed upon number of occupants at the house. - Not have any party, event or function - Please note we do cap the adults at the house unless otherwise approved. (We do accept family style bookings, corporate/ retreats and minors are welcome at all our properties) - The lead guest is responsible for the group conduct – we ask that everyone abides by local laws and rules including conducting themselves in a manner which is not a nuisance to neighbours. - POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM - 10PM Noise - You are welcome to use a speaker ‘UE Boom 3’ size or similar at the property at a reasonable level. We work on a one warning basis, so if there are neighbour complaints, we will ask you to turn this off. - QUIET HOURS: Between 10pm and 7am, no speaker is permitted between these times. - DJS are not permitted onsite at any time.Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all properties. - Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaint – please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend. **Please note we do not usually accept check ins/outs on Saturdays. If the owner does approve this on request, Thursday - Saturday or Saturday - Monday, the weekend rate applies. This need to be manually set on the calendar so please be aware we will change this over once you have sent through a booking request. This is due to the higher rates for cleaning on Saturday. ** Other things to note Please note you will be asked to sign terms and conditions contract at the time of booking.
