Rose Cottage is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom + 2wc family home in a tranquil rural environment. Fully renovated in 2019, this is the perfect place to hang out with family for the weekend while enjoying the attractions of Martinborough, Greytown and Lake Ferry. Intended for family groups of up to 3 couples + children, or 4 couples. Enjoy the well equipped kitchen, Weber BBQ, and keep the kids entertained with the pool (summer months), trampoline, playhouse and other entertainment. The space This wonderful house on large rural section is fully available to guests. Guest access House, garden, pool (summer months only) fully and solely available to guests. Other things to note Base pricing is for the first 6 guests, additional charges may apply for the 7-10th guests staying at the property. This is a rural property on rain water water supply and septic tank. Water to the house taps is subject to UV and carbon filtration. We ask guests visiting during dry periods to conserve water use. The wifi is also on rural speeds. It’s okay for basic web browsing and email, but you may struggle to stream HD videos. There are some water hazards around the property and we suggest it is better for primary school aged children - including the fenced swimming pool and unfenced frog pond and stock water trough. Please keep a close eye on young children at all times around the property. We have a strict ‘no parties’ policy and are not available for ‘bachelor / bachelorette / hens’ type parties.
