Exceptional Chalet for 15, 6bdrm/bath, spa & sauna

Beautiful ski-in/ski-out chalet in Oz-en-Oisans ski resort, in the heart of the Alpe d'Huez Grandes Rousses ski area. Located 100m from the Alpette Gondola, you have access to the entire Alpe d'Huez ski area (250km of runs). The ski resort is investing massively in replacing the Poutran Gondola (opening Dec 2025), new gondola cabins for the DMC lifts, a new padel court 100m from our chalet, and in 2027 will open a new lift on the glacier, facilitating an easy return to 3300m. The space Built in 2009, the property is spread over 4 levels (280m2). There are 6 bedrooms with 4 queen beds, 1 bunk bed & 5 twin beds (in addition to the bunk beds). Sauna, hot tub, games room & home cinema, foosball & ping pong tables, fully equipped kitchen & a two-car garage. Catering options available. The chalet is perfectly suited to hosting several families or for a multi-generational family holiday. THe house has generously-sized bedrooms and lots of common living space, so that everyone can have their own space, despite that you're vacationing with a group of 15! The games room, home cinema, ping-pong table (in the double garage), sauna and hot-tub provide for lots of apres-ski fun. On the ground level, you will find the ski room, games room/home cinema, & laundry room. On the first / main floor, you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom (queen size bed) with an ensuite bathroom & WC, a second WC, and the "spa" area with the sauna & jacuzzi. The sauna & jacuzzi are separated by a door, which can be locked to ensure small children don't enter this space without adult supervision. Access to the outside terrace is just off the dining area. On the 2nd floor, we have four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and one WC accessible from the landing. On this floor, 2 bedrooms have queen size beds, one room has 2 single beds, and one room has a bunk bed, a trundle bed, and a single bed (ie 4 single beds in this last room). On the top floor, there is a large suite with a queen size and one single bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom & WC. We have just installed satellite internet & have unlimited ultra-high speed internet throughout the chalet! All bedrooms have a private balcony, with the exception of the bedroom on the main floor (near the living room). Linens and firewood are provided, and a baby crib and high chair are also available if needed. Guest access The entire chalet is for our guests use, with the exception of the single car garage. We have a 2 car garage available for our guests. Other things to note We provide bed and bath linens, firewood for the chimney, and unlimited high-speed satellite internet.
