Stay in an elegant bourgeois house classified 3 stars by Atout France, surrounded by nature, in the heart of the Loire Valley castles and vineyards of Chinon. A peaceful haven to recharge your batteries with family or friends! The space The Domaine des Treilles is a former 15th-century manor house with a chapel, a wine press, and a farmhouse. In the 19th century, a bourgeois house was added to complete this complex: it is this residence, now entirely independent, that houses the gîte. Single-story and with an area of 130 m², the house has retained its period charm with its cut stone walls, exposed beams and beautiful volumes. It includes: - 3 bedrooms with beds 90 × 200 cm, convertible into double beds, * a fully equipped kitchen, * a living room, * one bathroom with large shower and double sink, * separate toilets. The gite has its own enclosed garden of 500 m², with a 4.5 × 9 m swimming pool exclusively reserved for guests, with no one opposite. You can also stroll in the one-hectare wooded park, shared with the owners. The estate is surrounded by fields and hilly landscapes, with no immediate neighbors. Equipment & Recreation You will find on site: * garden furniture and BBQ, * pool floats and accessories, * Basketball hoop and soccer goal * board games, * piano and library for young and old, * 4 adult bikes, available by reservation. Guest access The cottage has its own independent access with private outdoor parking. Other things to note Private pool and access conditions The swimming pool (4.5x9m) is fully privatized for the gite, without any sharing with other vacationers. It is not heated and its opening depends on weather conditions. ➡ Safety and depth: Depth: 1.20 m minimum to 2m maximum No beach for infants Safety alarm compliant with standards (but no gate). ⚠️ The cottage is perfect for children who can swim, but not suitable for toddlers. We do not welcome children under the age of 7 for security reasons. Linen and comfort Night: For a warm welcome, sheets are provided and your beds are already made upon arrival. Bathroom: In order to give you the choice and lighten your luggage, we offer a "Complete Linen Kit" (bath towel + large pool towel) for €5 per person for the entire stay. Remember to ask us when you book so we can prepare everything before you come! Housekeeping Included Enjoy your last day: we take care of the entire end-of-stay cleaning at no extra cost. A simple courtesy storage on your part (dishes and garbage cans) helps us greatly in the preparation of the cottage and allows us to maintain this free service for all our guests.
