The space The Treilles property, a place full of history and serenity Nestled in the heart of the Tourangelle countryside, the Domaine des Treilles is a former 15th-century mansion, with a chapel, a wine press and a farmhouse. In the 19th century, an elegant bourgeois house completed this unique ensemble. It is in this fully independent home that we welcome you for an exceptional stay. The cottage has its own private entrance, a 500 m² enclosed garden with a 4.5x9 m swimming pool exclusively reserved for your holidays and without any neighbors. You can also enjoy a one-hectare wooded park, shared with the owners, for your walks and moments of relaxation. All around, fields as far as the eye can see in a hilly landscape, without a neighborhood: the perfect place to recharge and disconnect. An authentic and comfortable interior: With a surface area of 130 m² on one level, the house seduces with its period character: stone walls, exposed beams and spacious volumes. It includes: A large entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, each equipped with 90x200 beds that can be converted into double beds, A functional and equipped kitchen, A warm lounge, Modern bathroom with large shower, double sink and separate toilet. To enhance your stay: There are many amenities for you: Private pool with buoys, garden furniture and barbecue, Games and leisure: basketball hoop, football goal, collection of board games, Relaxation and culture: piano, varied library (novels, comics, books on the region, children's books), 4 adult bikes (by reservation during your stay). Guest access The cottage has its own independent access with private outdoor parking. Other things to note Private pool and access conditions The swimming pool (4.5x9m) is entirely private for the cottage, without any sharing with other vacationers. It is not heated and its opening depends on the weather conditions. ➡ Safety and depth: Depth: 1.20 m minimum to 2 m maximum No beach for small children Security alarm compliant with standards (but no barrier). ⚠️ The cottage is perfect for children who can swim, but not suitable for toddlers. We do not welcome children under 7 years of age for safety reasons.
