Angus House is a private, spacious and modern two-bedroom home overlooking the scenic Yarra Ranges. The House accommodates four people. Located a mere fifty minutes from Melbourne CBD, Angus House is your opportunity to unwind in luxurious executive accommodation… explore one of the world's premier wine growing regions... indulge in local produce... and experience the unforgettable Yarra Valley. The space - Private accommodation including veranda overlooking the stunning Yarra Ranges - King size beds, bedrooms and bathrooms - Top of the range kitchen and laundry appliances - TVs in lounge room and each bedroom (including access to Netflix) - Reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating - Outdoor seating and gas BBQ - Private carport - Massage available (must be booked in advance) - Welcome hamper including milk, bread , tea, coffee, butter, jams and Vegemite! Guest access Angus House is privately confined to a stunning section of Yarramunda Farm. Access is limited to Angus House and its immediate surroundings. Check-in: No earlier than 2 pm Check-out: No later than 10 am. The owners strictly enforce these times so that Angus House is clean, comfortable and safe. A failure to respect these times may result in an additional fee equal to the confirmed per night fee being charged to you. The owners reserve this right and its application is at their sole discretion. Other things to note Yarramunda Farm is an operating commercial property. The owners live on the property and their right to operate the property and maintain their privacy must be respected at all times. Our priority is to assist you having a wonderful and welcoming stay. For your security, safety and enjoyment of other guests and the owners of Yarramunda Farm, access for guests to Angus House, Wagyu House and Hereford House is subject to the following conditions (rules you accept when booking, entering and staying at Yarramunda): Any additional guest must be confirmed and agreed to prior to arrival and persons over 5 attract an additional fee of $80 each. a. Number of House guests is limited to booked House accommodation (i.e. use of Angus House is restricted to a maximum of four guests accommodation and Wagyu/Hereford House's are for two guests respectively) Children under 2 years of age are welcomed b. Functions or gatherings are not permitted and guests are reminded to respect the peace and vista of the surrounding area by ensuring no excessive noise c. Weddings -A booking for any of our private properties is strictly limited at all times to the stated number of guests—Hereford House (2 guests), Wagyu House (2 guests) and Angus House (4 guests). We live on the property and we promptly direct additional (unapproved) guests to leave. We do not permit wedding events. In certain pre-approved circumstances a guest may use Angus House accommodation only to prepare for a wedding. Use of the property for such purposes incurs a non-negotiable $350(as of 16/01/2022) fee in addition to the booking cost. This fee permits a guest to invite a specified number of additional persons to the booked property for a limited period of time (which is enforced), all agreed prior to arrival. In particular, this fee permits third-party professionals (including, without limitation, hairstylists, make-up artists, photographers, videographers and professional or shared-economy drivers) to access the property and conduct their business(es) for the agreed time period, subject to the restrictions applicable to all guests (e.g., no drones). Please advise the number persons in advance attending the property. Please note, mobile spray tanning is prohibited. d. Electric vehicle charging is not available e. Drones are prohibited (for privacy, safety and environmental considerations) f. No smoking inside or out. g. If the booking guest fails to adhere to any of these conditions, the owner reserves the right and sole discretion, to direct you to leave the booked House and Yarramunda property immediately when requested.
