Stylish, modern and spacious barn conversion

Gîte des Milans is beautifully light and spacious barn converted to the highest standards in 2016. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, but at the same time with its two well appointed Master bedrooms, it offers a luxurious haven of peace for small groups of 3 or 4. It sits high on the rolling hills of South Aveyron, with long uninterrupted views to the South and South-West, and although situated in a peaceful rural setting is only 5 mins from a village with all essential amenities. The space 21st century Barn Living is open plan and all about social space. In restoring the barn we have kept many of the original materials. Not only the visible stones and A-Frame, but we have also reused some of the materials to decorate and create individual spaces. Thanks to highly effective insulation and underfloor heating, this wonderful room and its many corners maintains a very comfortable warmth in winter, and a cool refuge in the height of summer. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the Gîte and pool (when available). The surrounding garden, play park, field and woodland with outdoor picnic tables and hammocks is also available for client's use. these areas are also used by Richard and Anna, the property owners.
