Also nearby boat ramp, bike and skateboard park, mini golf and playground are just a few minutes away by foot. The Akaroa Cottage has an open plan kitchen / dining / living area and three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has a double bed and the small bedroom #3 has two single beds. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 guests and is well suited for a family or small group. Easy parking for car and boat on the street. A logburner and a heat pump for warming up the house in winter. Amenities: fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, DVD, veranda/deck, a log burner and a heat pump. High speed broadband internet is available. A small stream meanders through the property. Although the stream is only ankle-deep, caution is advised with small children. Guest access Entire house and garden. Other things to note Guests to keep house tidy as found on arrival. The booking includes bed linen, towels, toiletries, and cleaning. If the property is found to be very dirty on departure and an extensive commercial cleaning is required, an additional charge will apply. Typically, 2 nights minimum for regular weekends, 3 nights minimum for public holiday long weekends.
