Wonderful tranquil, comfortable & fully equipped haven with large fenced garden & outdoor decks just down the road from the famous penguin parade. The upstairs is nestled among the treetops with sea glimpses. Fantastic swimming and walking beaches are just a short stroll down our street. Linen provided. Reverse cycle air-con. The space A perfect beach house by the seaside in Ventnor on Phillip Island where you can unwind, enjoy sea breezes, beach walks, swimming, fishing, bird watching and beautiful sunsets. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden and is perfect for weekend getaways and family holidays. Dogs are welcome inside and the property is fenced. Bed linen is provided. The house has a comfortable lounge and a large outdoor entertainment deck. The kitchen is well equipped with a full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven & microwave. Beds consist of 1 double bed upstairs, 1 queen bed downstairs plus 1 room with bunks and there is a fold out divan in the lounge. There is a cubby house and a table tennis table. The relaxing atmosphere invites a slower pace. Guest access Access to the house is with a key located in a key safe at the property. There is off street parking in the driveway. There is ramp access to the lower level of the house.
