There are 4 private bedrooms and a pullout sofa for 1-2 in the upstairs loft as well as a twin over full bunk in the loft. **OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL SPACE FOR 2-4** There is a separate, upstairs studio guesthouse to the right of the main house (above a second garage unit) with a Queen and pullout couch, TV, apt size equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishes, pots/pans) and bath w/shower. This rents for $125/night flat fee (tax and cleaning fee included) if added on to a booking. Please inquire. Master suite (also known as the bridal suite): LARGE 2 room suite with a sitting area for bridal gatherings or just to lounge. Double doors open up to the master room that has a pillow top king, large TV, mini fridge, semi-open bathroom with large jacuzzi tub, double showers, and double doors that walkout to the deck. Full bath w/tub on main level Upstairs: Walk into a cozy, open loft with a dining table and leather sofa that pulls out into a bed, for 1-2 people. There is also a twin over full bunk next to the sofa. The private Hunt Club bedroom has a king bed, TV, desk, and HVAC unit for temp control. The bath w/shower is accessible right outside of the bedroom's door in the loft area. Kitchen includes vaulted ceilings, granite counters, built in microwave and second oven, new flat top stove and fridge, and a dishwasher. Dining room has a custom made table that seats 8 and there are 2 barstools for the counter. Living room has cozy couch and loveseat, gas fireplace, pool table, and baby grand piano. We are just 3 miles from Portsmouth's Boneyfiddle District with the area's best antique shops , SSU, and many great restaurants, ice cream shops, and a brewery. Shawnee State Lodge and forrest is just 25 minutes away; Grayson Lake is 45 minutes away and offers kyaking and pontoon rentals. Greenbo Lake State Park has beautiful scenery and trails and is 30 minutes away near Ashland, Ky. A full list of area recommendations is provided. Things to know: Please follow us on IG and FB! Yes! We are a wedding venue and have lots of great details on our website. You can reach out to us on IG or FB for more wedding info ~You will have full private use of the pool and hot tub and semi private use of the shared large parking lot/driveway. That means there could be renters occupying the guesthouse next door. Please note that the pool area of the house and the entrance to the guesthouse are on opposite ends and far enough away that one should not be bothered by the other. We ask that you please be mindful and no loud music outdoors after 10 pm. ~The home is for booked guests only. Please no additional guests or gatherings without prior permission. ~There is a CSX train that comes through about 3-4 times/day. Times vary and trains are short. ~We have groundsmen who may need to cut grass and do some weedeating and we do our best to do this between guests but this is not always possible so we hope that you understand. ~We have to service the hot tub and pool every 2-3 days, usually done very early in the morning. ~We do have outdoor cameras for your safety and ours. ~We are in the country and beetles and stink bugs find their way into the small cracks and crevices in the spring and early summer months despite spraying.
