The space The View has been stylishly designed and beautifully decorated to provide a fresh and contemporary space, ideal for couples to escape to from the humdrum of everyday life and to relax in the Cheshire countryside - with all the amenities of a comfortable and romantic getaway suitable for visits across all four seasons of the year. The external design features a front apex made up solely of oak beams and glass resulting in a magnificent view of open natural countryside and green fields. It has also been carefully designed internally to maximise the features of the space, and decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The View is very private with drapes and adjustable black-out blinds on all skylights/roof windows. The View from the front window is uninterrupted across open, green farmland. With the Llangollen canal just 100 metres away through the field - and around a 55-minute walk to the pubs and a village shop along the canal, a great variety of gastro pubs and restaurants all within 3-5 miles, Castles, and numerous walks including close proximity to the well-known Sandstone Trail, one has superb entertainment right on the doorstep. The hot tub provides a wonderful experience to enjoy after a walk, or watching the sunset (and yes also the sunrise!), or just listening to the barn owls, your own music or watching the red kites and pheasants that abound the area. We are not able to accommodate guests who have any kind of fake tan applied as this will discolour the water and affect the Hot Tub filtration system. The integral kitchen area comprises a hob, convection/microwave oven, fridge/freezer, sink, toaster, kettle and a bistro table and chairs. The living space is furnished with a leather settee, smart 55”TV (with free Netflix included when guests connect to 4G over their mobile phone), and a King Size bed. Leading off the bedroom area is the en-suite bathroom with its signature feature comprising a freestanding deep Tub Bath, with eye level top hung roof windows at each end of the bath giving each of the couple their own View – ideal for soaking and relaxing in with drink after a long day exploring the surrounding area. The bathroom also includes a waterfall shower, wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail, extractor fan, and bath robes. The outside includes a large private garden, hot tub, patio with furniture, bistro table and chairs, a large umbrella and a gas Weber BBQ - all part of your own private space. The View is located on the 3 acre Withy Meadow property and accessed through PIN protected, secure automated gates - to ensure a private and exclusive environment. An EV charger is available on the property at a cost per kWh - if interested in using the charger, please enquire on the cost ruling at the time. Withy Meadow View is the perfect place for couples to enjoy a unique romantic experience – creating memories which will last a lifetime with the special person in your life. Guest access The View is set in the grounds of a 3 acre rural property on the upper floor of a new oak building, with no neighbours within hundreds of metres and uninterrupted views across the countryside. Access to the Withy Meadow property is through PIN protected, secure automated gates. The PIN access code is included in the Welcome/Check-in message which is sent out a week prior arrival. Parking is provided a couple of metres from the stairway leading up to the View - and additionally also has its own private hot tub, garden area and patio, with outside lounge furniture, bistro table and chairs, a large umbrella and a gas BBQ.
