Thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind, the home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, whether you're visiting for adventure, skiing, or simply to unwind and enjoy the scenery. Professional cleaning and hotel-quality linen ensure the home is presented to a high standard for every guest. Neighborhood: Queenstown Hill, also known by its Māori name Te Tapu-nui (mountain of intense sacredness), is one of Queenstown's most sought-after residential areas. The home enjoys a peaceful elevated setting while remaining close to the vibrant town centre, where you'll find restaurants, bars, shops, and activities. Guests can walk into town, although the return journey up the hill is steep. Many guests prefer the short 5-minute taxi ride home after an evening out. Space: Designed across multiple levels, this contemporary home combines modern style with breathtaking views. The spacious layout makes it ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to experience Queenstown in comfort. Large windows showcase the stunning lake and mountain scenery, while the reverse-cycle heating and cooling system ensures year-round comfort. A gas fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere during the cooler months. Transit: While it is possible to walk to central Queenstown, the return walk up Queenstown Hill can be challenging. The town centre is approximately a 5–7 minute drive away. A taxi from Queenstown Airport typically costs around $25. There is parking available for two vehicles, with one space in the garage and one space outside. Please do not block the driveway. During winter, we recommend a 4WD vehicle as the driveway can become icy. Notes: Please note this home has multiple levels and a significant number of stairs, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility concerns. Families are welcome, however children should be supervised on the stairs. There is currently some construction taking place on a neighbouring property. This is not a party house. Parking Spaces: 1 garage space and 1 off-street space. House Rules: This home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is not suitable for parties, events, or excessive noise. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed. Outdoor areas must not be used between 10pm and 7am. Guests must be 25 years or older to make a booking, and the booking guest must stay at the property. On departure, please leave the home tidy, wash and put away dishes, place rubbish in the bins provided, and clean the BBQ if it has been used. Our professional cleaners will take care of the remaining cleaning, bathrooms, and linen. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and garage, with the exception of one locked storage cupboard. Guests use the digital door lock to enter and exit, no need to keep track of keys.
