It is close to everything in the city, just a walk around the corner to family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport hub, the city centre, Te Papa, Art Gallery, Cuba Mall, Bucket Fountain, Events Centre. The hallways are large, and the apartment has high ceilings. Sun streams in through the many windows in the afternoon. Its very comfortable and a perfect base for business trips to the CBD, events and exhibitions at the Michael Fowler centre and TSB Arena, city holidays with access to Te Papa and all city attractions. Guest access Guests enjoy full access to the entire apartment including washing and laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully functional. Other things to note The apartment is very central and during busy nights some party goers may be heard in the street below. The building is a block from the main party precinct. The apartment is in the city centre. On busy nights, some noise can sometimes be heard from the street. Ear plugs are provided just in case.
