The space The house is located on the outskirts of the village, very close to downtown Bunyola and with beautiful views of the mountains. It is divided into 2 attached houses for your exclusive use with terrace, Mediterranean garden and natural rock pool. The property is accessed from the parking lot suitable for 2 cars and through a private access up some stairs. The space The main house on the left side of the building consists of a living/dining room with an open kitchen, a double bedroom and a modern bathroom with a shower, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The house on the right side, which does not communicate internally with the other house, has a large double bedroom with air conditioning and a full bathroom with shower. IMPORTANT: NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS The 2 houses only communicate from the outside. Therefore, families with small children will be able to use the bedroom in the main house and the sofa bed in the living room if they want to be close to the little ones. We also have a crib and highchair available upon request In front of the property you have outdoor furniture for outdoor dining, sun loungers and a small barbecue. The large outdoor pool will delight children and adults alike. An oasis of peace for those seeking tranquility and an unforgettable vacation. Guest access All outdoor spaces are reserved for our guests and are for their exclusive use.
