The Space Main Floor: The main floor features an open-concept living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for eight, and a convenient half bathroom. Step outside onto the spacious wraparound covered deck overlooking the surrounding forest and lake. Lower Level: The daylight basement is designed for entertainment, featuring: Pool table Large TV and seating area Pub table Full bathroom Second Floor: Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and jetted tub Guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom Comfortable queen beds with blackout curtains Laundry area conveniently located on this floor Third Floor Loft: The top floor is an open loft (please note: this is not a private enclosed bedroom and does not have a door). It includes: Two queen beds Spacious office/work area Sitting area Full bathroom This space is ideal for families or groups comfortable with an open sleeping arrangement. Outdoor Living Enjoy everything Lake Walker has to offer: Private lake access Two kayaks (life jackets provided) Excellent Rainbow Trout and Largemouth Bass fishing Swimming Hiking Wildlife viewing Rural Lakefront Experience Our home is intentionally tucked away in a quiet forest setting, offering privacy and a true Pacific Northwest experience. Because of its rural location, there are a few things to keep in mind: The home is served by well water, a septic system, and propane. Cell phone reception may be limited depending on your carrier. We recently upgraded to Starlink Wi-Fi, the best internet service available in the area. While it provides excellent service for most activities, occasional interruptions or speed fluctuations may occur due to the rural location. Please do not move the Starlink equipment, which is located on the deck. Parking & Driveway Please note that the home is accessed via a steep driveway with several switchbacks. Drive carefully, especially after dark. During snowy or icy conditions, we recommend parking near the driveway entrance or on the street rather than driving down the hill unless you have an appropriate vehicle. Guest access You are renting the entire house, so you will have complete privacy while you are there. The house is in a remote location and requires some attention to directions. the house entrance is on a private lake around road, when you pass the sign "END MAINTAINED COUNTRY ROAD", please continue around 15 meters, you'll see the house sign on the right. Other things to note The primary fishing opportunities in this lake are stocked Rainbow Trout and resident Largemouth Bass. The curvy mountain road up to the lake can be treacherous without 4WD in snowy conditions, in case you are visiting during winter months. Be prepared, and bring chains if necessary. The entire house heating and cooling is powered by mini splits, during cold weather, it could take longer to heat up the house, but we do have three fireplaces and some portable heating fans to use for additional heating We’ve recently upgraded to Starlink for internet access to improve connectivity. Please do not move the Starlink device, which is placed on the deck on the main floor — it needs to remain in its current position for the best signal. The detached shop is not part of the renting package. Please do not use it.
