The space House sits on the of the Murray River. an ideal spot for watersports, two boat ramps are within 5 mins and you have the ability to dock your boat in front of the house and climb the bank and straight into the property Guest access Access is to the whole of the property Other things to note Other Things to Note- Check in/ Check out: The property has a check in time of 3pm and a check out time of 10am. A late departure fee may be charged to the guest if they do not adhere to the proposed check out time, as this may delay the cleaners, therefore delaying the next guest. If you accidentally break something please let us know so that it can be replaced for the next guest. Friday afternoon around 2pm the gardener will be at the property to mow the lawns, he will enter through the garage and storeroom to access the lawn at the front of the property.
