Our daylight basement suite has a private bedroom, newly updated bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and induction hot-plate(not an oven), spacious living room area with a comfortable couch and full size futon, Smart TV, electric fireplace and a private entrance with a covered outdoor patio, seating around the fire pit, and an awesome hot tub under the stars! About 600 sq ft inside space. Living Room includes smart TV, full futon/bed and bedding, games, books, boot/glove dryer, bluetooth speaker and couch. You can also request ahead of time an extra floor mattress for your stay. Kitchen includes dishes, glasses, silverware, toaster, pots, pans, microwave, coffee pot, French press, kettle, blender, induction hot plate, sink and fridge. As a basement suite, you are able to hear some activity from upstairs, but it is minimal and rarely before 7am and after 9pm. Outside the private entrance is a private covered area with a cozy fireplace & chairs and only a few steps to your own hot tub! There are several deck chairs & small propane firepit you are welcome to use in the backyard. The deck area is covered. Please do not use the pool or trampoline. This is a daylight basement suite in our house, but your entrance is private with a keycode lock. We are typically available by text anytime if you have any questions. The door in the bedroom is locked from both sides for privacy. As well as the door at the top of the inside stairs is also locked. Our suite is just off Mt Baker Highway in a quiet neighborhood. It is 2 miles from Barkley Village where you can find various great restaurants, shopping, grocery, banking, and a movie theater.
