WELCOME to Memories Homestay 2 " The Vacation House " This house is a 7000sf One and the half Banglo corner lot. Located in Taman Cheng Indah which is about 20mins drive to Melaka Town. The house can PAX for 30+ peoples with the facilities of a 20ft x 40ft private pool with jacuzzi and facilite with BBQ sets at the pool side. The light of the pool is colourful and you can swim at night or even midnight if you want. It's a wonderful place to relax for families gathering or party with friends. The space The price RM 1650 is for 7 rooms with ready beds that can sleep for 24 peoples Outdoor Private Jacuzzi swimming pool size is approximately 20ft x 40ft x 4ft (depth) Mybox Karaoke system ready Table tennis ready Super FAST Wifi 300 Mbps Fully renovated and extended One and the half Banglo house with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms Occupancy can fit up to 40 guests with extra floor bed. (Rate quoted at Airbnb only for 16 pax BUT this is for 24pax. Extra people after 25 ~ 40 guests will be charged RM50 each per night with full set of extra bed supplied, this extra charges can be pay by cash or transfer upon check in. Car porch can park 3 cars, additional cars can be park at roadside outside the house (10 parking lot available) Guest access This house total is with 7 rooms and can fit for 24 peoples. Extra floor bed from 25 peoples ~ 40 peoples will charge for RM 50 each. We have 4 and 5 rooms package.. Please refer to ( Memories Homestay 2 ) 4 rooms pack in Airbnb or sms me for the price. THANK YOU. Other things to note We provide BBQ facilities but please bring your charcoal We don't provide towels. Please bring your own towels or towels can be rent for RM 2 each.
