Expect to hear other building tenants; please don't complain when you do. And NO parties are allowed! The space This spacious three bedroom apartment is located in a multi-use building that includes residences, professional offices, and a coffee shop. Guest access You'll have the entire 3 bedroom apartment to yourself! We provide a code, so no need to worry about fiddling with keys! Other things to note -Due to the historic nature of the building,there is little insulation between floors. You WILL hear building tenants during the day, and light noises at night. Please prepare to hear sounds and don't be surprised when you do. Please do not complain that you can hear noise. We WaRnEd YoU. -Quiet hours are nightly, 9pm-7am, and are STRICTLY enforced. Be prepared to have your entire party be quieter. (this includes loud music, TV, talking, laughing, jumping, etc) -No animals allowed. -No drugs of any kind. -No smoking or vaping on the property. -Only registered guests can spend the night. -A maximum of 2 UNregistered guests are allowed in the unit at any time and must leave by 10pm. -Unregistered guests are NOT permitted AT ALL between 10pm-7am.
