Waterkant Views - Stylish House with Jacuzzi and Roof Deck

Waterkant Views provides modern comfort and style in a traditional setting. This house suits the young at heart who love city living and yet enjoy the privacy of a hideaway retreat. Enjoy beautiful 360-degree views of the harbour and the city while sitting in an enormous Jacuzzi with a glass of champagne and a satisfied smile. The space The two-bedroom, self-catering town house can accommodate up to four guests and is fully at the disposal of our guests. All amenities described are at your private use. Bedrooms and en-suite bathroom are small and functional but offer all comfort. The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed, while the street-facing bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs you can relax on the large couch with spectacular harbour and city views through the large bay window. Or watch TV, Netflix or Apple TV. The connected dining area offers space for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need (e.g. Nespresso machine, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer) and has a bar counter to sit on high chairs towards the bay window. On the same level, you'll also have an additional guest toilet. One level further up, Waterkant Views offers a large roof terrace with amazing views. Here you find the gigantic Jacuzzi. There is also an outdoor couch area and 2 daybeds. Last but not least, the roof terrace offers a Weber gas braai. Guest access Water Kant Views is a private house that is exclusively used by our guests. Other things to note The house has a direct access garage downstairs that suits a small to midsize car. Please be aware that a large car or SUV won't fit. De Waterkant has implemented has implemented strict parking regulations. We provide you with one street parking permit (disc to be placed on the dash board) that needs to be returned to the house upon departure. All of South Africa suffers of load shedding with planned electricity outages of several hours per day. Waterkant Views has installed an inverter with battery and solar panels. This makes the house independent from load shedding. Just the aircons and the oven can't be run during times of load shedding. Our core check-in time is from 3 pm to 5 pm. During that time we can welcome you in person. In case you plan to arrive later than that, please let us know upfront. We will then leave the keys in a secured key box, to wich you will get access with a code. Please be advised: strictly no parties or gathering of more than 6 people allowed. The Jacuzzi cannot be used after 11 pm. It's a quiet neighborhood, please respect the needs of our neighbors.
