We are located on the “quiet end” of Lake George. We are NOT lake front and do NOT have a boat slip. Our home provides enough space for the whole family. We have a fully stocked kitchen, 2 baths and 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy meals on the large screened-in porch or relax on the outdoor couch. Conveniently located just 0.1 miles away from a public beach and boat launch, with lifeguards on duty most days. Linens and towels are provided with the rental for added convenience. The space The property features a large split unit on the main level, providing cooling comfort in that area. There is also a large split unit on the second floor. The bedrooms on the second floor are equipped with fans for added ventilation and comfort. It is important to note that air conditioning is not available throughout the entire house. We offer a fully stocked kitchen as we love to cook! Washer and dryer are located in the large main floor bathroom for guests use. Guests can enjoy a convenient two-minute walk to the beach from the house for a day of relaxation. Beach chairs are provided for guests' use. Additionally, guests have the option to go for a paddle on a kayak or paddleboard available at the house. The property boasts a large screened in deck that wraps around the house, offering ample space for relaxation and socializing. Guests can enjoy lounging on the large outdoor couch, taking in the sounds of chipmunks and hummingbirds. The Gull Bay Preserve, just a 9-minute walk from the house, offering a scenic hiking opportunity. It's a short 45-minute drive to outlets for shopping, Lake George Town and Six Flags. The town of Ticonderoga is 15-minute drive away. We hope you enjoy our home and surrounding area as much as we do! Guest access Parking is available on the driveway for up to four cars. Street parking is not permitted as this is a shared private road. No other parking is allowed besides the driveway. Other things to note The third floor, designated as storage and unfinished space, is closed to guests. Similarly, access to the basement crawl space is also restricted. Security cameras are installed in these areas to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the property.
