The space This house is ideal for vacations and/or business trips, as it is equipped with high speed internet as well as all your wants and needs from your own home. There is a secluded desk area off the largest bedroom so you can easily "work from home." Our house is family-friendly as too, if your little one join they will enjoy plastic dishware, some toys and a pak n play. Living Room: You will be greeted by a velvet forest green couch. This room has enough style and seating for all the guests. The TV is a SMART TV, loaded with all the Apps you should need, simply BYOL (Bring your own login) and you will be ready to roll. Dining Room: Everyone’s favorite room. The solid wood table has seating for six. All guests should enjoy the social media worthy wallpaper and tribute to Kansas City framed art. Kitchen: All stainless steel appliances should help anyone feel like a gourmet chef. This kitchen is fully stocked with anything you should need such as, hand mixer, toaster, Vitamix blender, cast iron pan, and a Cuisinart coffee machine. (This machine makes the best LATTE’s - coffee pods, sugar and cream provided…guests need to bring their favorite milk (we suggest you try a local favorite @ShattoMilk) Bathrooms: There are two full bathrooms. One has a stand-up shower and is located off the largest bedroom, while the other is a shower/tub combo located off the kitchen. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as fresh soft white towels. Dark make-up towels are also provided in both bathrooms for your convenience. Bedrooms: There are a total of three bedrooms. The front two each have a full bed, and the other has a queen bed. All bedrooms have their own closets that contain hangers, shoe racks and a place for luggage. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. In the largest bedroom there is a smart TV and a secluded work space with a desk, chair, lamp (that has some style and is sure to inspire you) and various work supplies that one might need. Kansas City Short Term Permit #: SP2023-05 (Our house is legally permitted, please make sure to always ask your host if they are permitted if you choose to stay elsewhere - Airbnbs are highly regulated in our city) Guest access *Check in is easy and seamless with your assigned code which is usable anytime, day or night! Other things to note CLEANING: We use toxic free, homemade cleaning products when possible. A diffuser & essential oils are provided for guests use. PARKING & OTHER INFO: Guests can park in the private driveway or on the street for free. There is plenty of parking around. This is a 90 year old house with so much charm; we can't wait for you to enjoy it, just please respect it and be kind to our house! There is one camera on the front exterior of the house which is on the doorbell (it records video & voice). Parties are strictly prohibited, and all gatherings are limited to 8 people. If this rule is violated there will be a mandatory fine of $600 for violating the house rules. PETS: The max # of dogs is two. The fee is $55 per pet per stay.
