Quinta Perpetua, Pico House

Bom Dia and welcome to Quinta Perpetua. Quinta Perpetua – this is where we, Karen and Steffen, live, take care of our beautiful garden, our beloved three cats and at the same time rent three independent holiday cottages to our guests. Along the leafy garden, our place offers a unique and spectacular view of the sea as well as the neighbouring islands São Jorge, Faial and the highest mountain of Portugal – Pico. The space Casa Pico is about 54 square meters in size, designed for a maximum of 2 persons. The well-equipped kitchen includes a four-burner gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, a capsule coffee maker as well as a French press. Next to this open kitchen in the living/dining room, there is a small gas heater which provides warmth on cold days. WIFI is accessible in every place of the Casa. In addition, you will find a DVD player with a versatile choice of movies, a stereo system, CD’s, audiobooks, various games as well as a library with a versatile choice of books for making sure you are enjoying your time at your stay with us. The separate bedroom with its built-in cabinet has two single beds which can either stand separate or together. For more privacy, if wished, we can provide a folding-screen. The bathroom comes fully equipped with a shower, big window, plenty of towels as well as a hairdryer. A washing machine and a dryer can be used free of charge in the shared laundry room. Ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner, swab and cleaning buckets are there to find as well and available for you.
